Pay for what you cut
A job is one artwork processed into one set of production files. It will be counted the first time you download it, and re-running the same job with different settings will never count it again.
Billing is not switched on yet. The prices are set. Nothing behind them is: there is no card form, no plan on an account, and nothing counts or caps what you run. The three lists below say what each plan will include when billing starts — today nothing is held back from anyone and nothing is capped. This page will say so until it changes.

Questions about billing
These answers describe how billing will work once it is switched on. None of it runs today, and nothing on your account is counted, capped or charged.
What will count as one job?
One artwork file processed into one set of output PDFs, counted the first time the finished file is downloaded. A job tuned eleven times and downloaded twice will still be one job — the count is per job, not per run and not per download.
How will I pay from outside Ghana?
Card payments will be handled by Paystack and settle in your local currency where supported. Bank transfer will be available on the Volume plan.
What will happen if I go over the job limit?
Nothing will break mid-job. You'll be told you've reached the limit and offered either an upgrade or extra jobs at a per-job rate, and files already generated will stay available.
Will I be able to cancel?
Any time, from your account, once there is a subscription to cancel — you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. There is no billing screen today because there is nothing to bill. Files are not a long-term archive either way: every job and its PDFs are deleted seven days after it was created, so keep anything you need. See refunds.
Do you offer anything for one-off jobs?
The free tier will cover five a month, which suits occasional use, and until billing starts there is no cap at all. If you need a single large batch and nothing after, ask — that's easier to price by hand.
