Acceptable Use Policy
What may not be uploaded, and what may not be done with the service.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This document is a working draft written to cover the obvious ground. Before you take a single payment, have it reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Ghana, and register with the Data Protection Commission if you have not already.
The principle
This is a production tool for print work. Use it for that and you will never think about this page again.
What you may not upload
- Artwork you have no right to reproduce. Cut files are often made from client-supplied material; confirming those rights is your responsibility.
- Content that is unlawful in Ghana or in your own jurisdiction.
- Material depicting the sexual exploitation of children. Accounts are closed immediately and reported.
- Content that incites violence or hatred against people on the basis of who they are.
- Counterfeit currency, official documents, identification or security features.
- Malware, or files crafted to attack the service or its users.
What you may not do with the service
- Resell access, or share one login between people. Accounts are single-seat today, so a second person needs a second account.
- Automate access to the screens with scripts or bots. There is a published API at /api/v1, documented for account holders — use that rather than scripting the screens. API keys are personal: mint your own at Settings → API tokens, and never use a key that is not yours. Work submitted through a key is governed by this policy exactly as work submitted through the screens.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, or access accounts that are not yours.
- Probe or test security without written permission. If you find a vulnerability, report it — we would rather hear from you.
A note on licensed characters
Cut files are frequently produced from cartoon characters, sports branding and other licensed material. We do not police what you upload, and we do not assume anything about your arrangements. But the rights sit with you, and a takedown or a claim from a rights holder is between you and them.
Enforcement
Where circumstances allow we will contact you before acting. Serious breaches — particularly anything involving children — result in immediate closure without notice.
